Alix is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a strong background in governance, operational leadership, and strategic transformation across the construction, infrastructure, and service-based sectors. She has over 20 years’ experience leading founder-led and family-owned businesses through growth, succession, and business model change. Alix has worked extensively with businesses navigating capital restructuring, generational transition, and board governance uplift—often in B2B and B2G settings. Her experience includes large government contract execution, workforce and contractor mobilisation, and enterprise systems implementation. She has also established and advised boards and subcommittees across a range of private and mid-market enterprises. Alix is an integrated family business advisor that leads and navigates complex family business wealth transitions and succession.
