Matthew Bartemucci is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience, specialising in accounting and business advisory for family businesses, small to medium-sized enterprises and high net worth individuals. He is also an accredited Family Business Adviser with Family Business Association.

Will has specialised in employment and industrial law since admission to the Supreme Court in 2003, having practised at top-tier national firms and in-house at ASX-listed and Government corporations.   

Snow Legal is a Tier 1 firm for Labour and Employment Law (best lawyers 2025 listing) with a focus on employer and company HR risk management. As an owner of a family business, he’s passionate about the systems and strategies that can make business (and HR management) easier. 

Tahlia Fergusson Director - People and Culture,  Blue Jam, Hood Sweeney Consultancy

Tahlia has extensive experience partnering with business leaders to help organisations drive and motivate individuals and teams to deliver high-quality performance and results.  

She is active across a range of industries, in particular supporting clients in their leadership development and employee value proposition initiatives, in addition to future growth-focused activities such as workforce planning and talent acquisition.
