Paul Nemets |
Paul began his career in mergers and acquisitions in 2013 and has held a number of positions within boutique investment banking firms prior to joining Nash Advisory in 2019.
He has significant transactional experience in the Australian mid market M&A space, with specific sector expertise in FMCG, food and agriculture, software, energy, and consulting. Paul has worked with both small, family-owned businesses, and large multinational corporates and exchange listed companies.
Paul is most passionate about assisting private business owners divest their businesses and realise maximum value. He utilises his transactional experience, strong financial acumen, and attention to detail to smoothly guide clients through what is usually a stressful and resource intensive time which occurs when an SME owner divests their business and key asset.
