This event is for active FBA Forum Group participants from Australia only.

In this session, learn about Psychological Safety: A leader's playbook for compliance, from Wes O'Donnell, Head of Workplace Relations & Enterprise Solutions for Citation Group. Thanks to KPMG for hosting this event.

The Victorian Government has released the Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations, which commenced on 1 December 2025. These regulations and others over the last few years outline new obligations for Victorian employers in relation to psychosocial hazards in the workplace. They provide detailed requirements for identifying, assessing and managing risks that may affect employees’ psychological health.

Join us to engage in meaningful discussions to empower leaders to address psychosocial risk. Boards and Executive Teams should be developing a mature understanding of the psychosocial hazard profile in their organisation, consistent with their role as Officer. Leave our session with actionable strategies discussed through professional lived experience, case studies and Q&A.

These events are an opportunity to connect across the broader Forum Group network, encouraging meaningful discussions in a supportive, collaborative environment with people who truly understand the family business context.

Your Forum for Learning provides access to keynote speakers operating under Chatham House Rules, allowing you to deepen connections, share experiences, and explore learnings while strengthening personal knowledge and networks across the broader Forum Group community.

Through interactive Q&A sessions, our panellists will support you to:

  • Understanding psychological safety and risk.

  • Explore key topics through the lens of a family business.

  • Learn from industry experts who provide tested, actionable strategies for continued business and personal success.

  • Share insights, experiences, and challenges with people who truly understand family business.
