His father, Max Raine, a visionary who introduced franchising to the company in the mid-70s, expanded their operations from two offices, one in the city and one in Double Bay, to a widespread network spanning Australia and beyond.

In this session, second-generation siblings Jack Winson and Sandra Jennings share their experience of selling the Winson Group, a business founded by their father Bob Winson in 1968. From humble beginnings in a suburban garage, the company grew into a national packaging enterprise employing over 350 staff, with a turnover of $250 million.

Facilitated by Jo Willoughby, this conversation will explore the family’s reasons for selling, the steps and challenges they faced, the emotional impact, and life after the transition.
