An experienced Innovations & Productivity Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. As part of Harder's inter-generational succession plan, Adrian Harders joined the family business, having spent 2 years with a large global logistics provider in Germany and several years at Henning Harders. Adrian possesses a wealth of industry experience and a keen drive for supply chain innovations. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management.

  

Ned Moorfield
Founder, 
ProductEdge.ai

Ned is a Technology Entrepreneur, Founder, and Senior Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, B2C Marketplaces, Web3/Blockchain, FinTech, and Payments. He has held leadership roles at Google, Macquarie Bank, Barclays Capital, and Eventbrite, driving innovation and growth in technology-led companies. As Co-Founder of GoCatch, Ned helped grow the VC-backed rideshare platform from concept to a national business with $30M in turnover, 1.5M bookings, and $8M in funding. Engagements have ranged from AI strategy development to hands-on implementation of tools like Make.com and Google Vertex AI. Ned supports business owners in adopting Generative AI in ways that deliver immediate business value, demystifying the technology, identifying the highest-ROI use cases and delivering AI-powered automations that save time and increase profitability.

  

Gergana Winzer
Partner, Cyber Security, 
KPMG

An IT and cybersecurity professional, Gergana works with clients to develop creative approaches to reduce their cyber and data security risks. She assists organisations to improve their cyber security posture and supports them to achieve cyber resilient outcomes. Gergana believes that cyber is a business enabler; an intrinsic part of developing the business that can help organisations become more competitive in today’s world.

Gergana is an experienced and respected member of the cybersecurity community in Australia and Asia and an engaging keynote and public speaker on cybersecurity and privacy matters, risks and issues to the business community. In her spare time, she mentors young professionals and is an advocate for diversity.

Prior to KPMG, Gergana worked for a global IT solutions company as Industry Director Cyber Security for the Asia Pacific region. She is a member of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) national board and was a member of the ISACA Sydney board.

David’s expertise lies in the areas of organisational development and change. With a keen interest in the relationship between Leadership, Strategy and Change, David has worked with many organisations to develop the capability level of their management and executive teams and deliver significant strategic change programs. David is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He regularly contributes to a number of publications on Management, Strategy, Change and Capability Development issues and regularly presents at major conferences nationally and internationally. David also facilitates components of the Executive Development Programs conducted by the Australian Graduate School of Management of the University of NSW and regularly presents to MBA students and graduates on Leadership, Strategy and Change.
